Theatology is the example of a system that runs a theatre, a cinema, or a film festival — seats, tickets, box office, submissions, juries — and posts the money into that ERP rather than keeping its own books. The hot path stays close to the venue. The accounts stay in one place.

CPT Software’s own books will run on the same ERP once the studio’s ledger is provisioned. Enquiries from this website are already stored as records the import can pick up, and app sales will follow the same path once Google Play integration goes live.
