The group ERP, and a venue platform that does the specialist work and lets the ERP keep the books.
The ERP at erp.cpt-technologies.com is a multi-tenant system for running a company. Accounting is double-entry, multi-currency, with bank reconciliation, recurring journals, VAT return submission under Making Tax Digital, and consolidated group statements that eliminate inter-company balances. Around the ledger sit purchasing, sales, stock, manufacturing, assets, projects, point of sale, quality, a helpdesk, expenses, budgets, marketing, and HR including payroll.
The same system carries the unglamorous necessities: role-based permissions per company, an audit log on writes, PDF invoices and payslips, email when something needs a person, and a dashboard of live figures. An assistant can draft a report or a workflow. A visual modeller deploys BPMN processes. The seeded companies today are the holding company, fusion, superconductors, the physics store, and two related concerns. CPT Software is not one of them yet. When the studio is set up, the same ledger is where its books belong, in pounds, alongside the others.
Theatology is the specialist system. It is built for theatres, cinemas, and film festivals that otherwise stitch together a box office, a submission portal, a jury tool, and a spreadsheet. Venues, seat maps, holds, tickets, memberships, box office, cinema logistics (including DCP and keys), festival submissions, juries, guests, and a public site per tenant are in the codebase. Money is posted to the ERP. Theatology does not keep a second general ledger. Seat holds and the onsale path stay in its own database so a busy evening does not wait on the accounting system.
Theatology’s codebase includes a complete web app, box office, API, and worker services. This portfolio entry describes the platform as built, not a roadmap.
