Voter device
The voter’s own phone: join a system, read the decision, and seal the ballot on the device.
PublicVoting’s voter app is the Flutter wallet in publicvoting-mobile, and it is the only cast path. The officer portal never casts a ballot. The screens cover a short introduction, joining with a portal code or a QR, the public list of decisions, the decision itself, a review before the vote is sealed, a receipt with a tracker, recovery if the phone is lost, transfer to a new phone, and a check that the receipt is in the public log.
The ballot is made on the device. There is no store listing in this slice, and the keys are not hardware-backed. A debug build points at the API you name, usually on your own machine.
