Mental Health Companion
A private life chart for adults, kept on the phone, with a crisis screen stored there too.
Mental Health Companion is an Android app for adults. It keeps a private life chart on the phone: both mood poles, sleep, activation, irritability, and function, and it leaves a gap where a day is missing. A record is created only after the person says they are 18 or over and consents. A no at the age gate writes nothing. Today shows one state sentence and says this is not a diagnosis. Help now, including the crisis numbers, is stored on the phone. The app does not call the network to show them. “I’m not safe” opens that screen.
Nothing is sent to a clinic. Short exercises are an observation, not a treatment, and the player stays hidden until the words are reviewed. Optional questionnaire totals stay off until the wording is allowed. The words on these screens are fixtures. A clinician has not reviewed them. The app also has the public “if you are worried about someone” screen. It stores nothing about the other person, does not score them, and does not ask how they might harm themselves.
